I am grateful for all the amazing people who came to our group over the years (authors included), the friends I've made, the books we have read and discussed together, and the dynamic Morro Bay Library staff who allowed me to lead this program. A heartfelt Thank You to everyone!

The future of the Morro Bay Library's Book Discussion Group is up to YOU! Contact me for more information on what YOU can do.

Master Book List

It has been an absolute honor to serve as your Group Facilitator and Program Coordinator for the Morro Bay Book Discussion Group, a free program of the Morro Bay Library, since April 26, 2006. Many people have asked what books we have read, and I felt since I would be ending my tenure on May 16, 2018 (12 years later) this might be a great time to provide you with a comprehensive list. In the 12 years I will have facilitated this amazing group, I have only missed leading the discussion five times. I am grateful to the many wonderful people who have read and discussed with us through the years. I also want to thank the incredible authors who have shared their expertise and talents with us. None of this would have been possible if it weren't for the amazing Morro Bay Library staff (past and present) who supported us behind the scenes. I will miss you all! Thank you for an incredible ride!

Free Sidewalk Library

I am excited to be a part of the Little Free Library family in which available for you are books that should appeal to all the readers (and soon to be readers) – fiction, non-fiction, mysteries, childrens and teens! This Library belongs to everyone! Anyone may use it – neighbors, friends, and passersby. The books are always FREE. You can: take and read, share with others, return, or leave your own books as donations for others to read! I also provide Group Facilitator books that I have used for our Morro Bay Book Discussion Group at the Morro Bay Library. (Please Note: These books will have writing inside for the various notes/questions I create as the Group Facilitator.) While you are on your walk with your dog(s) there is a place to hook up their leash, give them a treat … and peruse the selection which is refreshed almost daily. This is our way to build community through the sharing of books! Contact me for location.
